Rob is a seasoned change management professional with over seventeen years of experience helping Fortune 500 and startup clients, such as NiSource, Baxter, Budget Rent-a-Car, Aon, Exelon, Entergy, Raymond James, Allstate and Visibility. Rob has also played leadership roles at Accenture and Grainger.

Rob has expertise managing large-scale change projects, designing organization structures, developing job descriptions, creating competencies, implementing performance management & compensation programs, and creating diversity management approaches. He is also an experienced designer & developer of multi-media training and communication materials. He has managed teams of 15 members and budgets in excess of $2M.
